We sat down with Lisa to chat about her path within digital marketing, what she loves the most about working at Bluebird, and what she is particularly excited about within the ever-evolving programmatic space.
Tell us about your path and what inspired you to join Bluebird Media.
Initially, I came in contact with Bluebird Media when I attended a career event at Uppsala University. Among the various companies seeking the attention of students, Bluebird immediately stood out to me with the warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the passionate discussions about performance marketing and the company as a whole. I felt curious and inspired and wanted to be a part of not only the agency itself but also its exceptional culture. Joining Bluebird seemed like an opportunity for me to develop my digital marketing skills while working alongside passionate co-workers on interesting client projects.
What do you love about working at Bluebird Media?
One of the things I truly love about working at Bluebird Media is the company culture. It fosters an environment of mutual support, personal growth, and professional development. How would you describe your Programmatic team?
Although our programmatic team is small, it is a competent and efficient group. As the second person on the team, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the channel and witness the impressive growth we have achieved over the past year. What makes us stand out is the close collaboration and deep understanding of each other’s clients, challenges, and daily work. This level of involvement enables us to support one another, share valuable insights, and foster a great environment for collective learning. Operating in a constantly evolving industry in combination with the dynamic nature of this field keeps us on our toes, and we continuously adapt our strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
What are you passionate about?
My passion lies in supporting clients to achieve their goals and witnessing tangible improvements in their results. Working as a united team, both internally and alongside our clients allows us to engage in productive discussions and collectively determine the best strategies for success. Contributing to our clients’ overall success and aligning their programmatic strategies with their long-term vision is definitely something that excites me.
Something within the Programmatic space you're particularly excited about?
In the programmatic space, I find the advanced targeting capabilities extremely exciting. Programmatic enables contextual targeting for more precise audience reach and engagement. Instead of simply relying on demographic or interest-based targeting, we can take into account the specific context in which their target audience is likely to be receptive to their message. This approach increases the likelihood of delivering personalized and tailored messages that resonate with the audience, ultimately leading to improved campaign performance.
