What you will be doing

As a Sr. Digital Specialist, SEM at Bluebird, you will be responsible for multiple areas along with your team members, including:

  • Leading the performance of client projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaign performance within Google Ads, analyze results, and flag opportunities for growth
  • Track and report on account performance
  • Lead client meetings
  • Participate in product development (SEM)
  • Participate and/or lead sales processes
  • Follow industry updates, best practices, and develop your skills in Google Ads

Additionally, for the right person we are able to offer the opportunity to quickly advance to a broader team lead role, where you will lead a cross-channel team of digital specialists.

We’d be thrilled if you can tick a majority of the following boxes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3+ yrs performance in marketing experience
  • Minimum 3+ yrs experience from managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal Finnish and English skills
  • Any additional language knowledge is a plus
  • Previous agency experience is a plus
