We, the people of the State of Missouri, respectfully petition the Department of Agriculture and Department of Commerce to support BlueBird Media's plan to expand Broadband infrastructure and high-speed internet throughout rural Missouri. We believe that their plan to increase access to Broadband internet will benefit the citizens, businesses, and the State of Missouri.
